Easter for the Reik boys started on Thursday and ended on Sunday with the celebration of Christ rising and an afternoon full of family fun!
Ms. JoDe started the Easter celebration by giving the boys little chicks that lit up and M&Ms... their absolute favorite candy... thanks to Ms. JoDe!
Saturday, we went to the annual Easter Egg Hunt at the high school football field. Although it was a little wet and chilly, the boys had a GREAT time and each came home with a basket full of loot!
This year Sayer made great progress... he wasn't afraid of the life size Easter bunny (even though I still was)! He even wanted to sit on his lap for a picture. I was shocked!
That afternoon / evening the boys went to MiMi and PePa's to spend the night, while Mommy and Daddy had a much deserved massage and date night! The boys woke up Easter morning to Easter baskets and Easter eggs hidden all over MiMi and PePa's house. The Easter bunny visited them there and then came to our house to leave them more eggs and baskets. 
By the time they made it to our house, Greyson was over the excitement of searching for eggs. He let Sayer have all the fun by himself!
